What we expect:

Marketing:

• Having unique, interesting, fun, and fresh perspectives on the user experience and how best to engage potential customers

• Exercising professional judgment in all facets of the creative process to coach, lead, critique, and inspire the creative team

• Working with our SEO consultants and website development teams to align our brand messaging and maximize our outreach efforts

• Building the overall image of our products/company and getting to the root of what we stand for to help tell that story in a way that reaches our target audience

• Handling the promotion of the company and its products and services in the US in conjunction with the global marketing team

• Taking brand ownership to provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies for growth

• Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies

• Supervising the sign-off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, and ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines

• Developing marketing and advertising strategies and managing those budgets

• Researching the marketplace to determine where the products fit in (i.e., analyzing competitive positioning, products, brands, and spending)

• Conceptualizing, strategizing, and implementing a marketing strategy to bring the products to market in new areas and to new demographics

• Coordinating the marketing message to external customers as well as employees

• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

• Leading and inspiring a team that focuses on creative content, web development, app development, and more

• Participating in podcasts and other media engagements as a Daysy representative

Sales:

• Driving our B2B sales and distribution strategy

• Independently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and networking

• Analyzing competitor information and government policies to ensure that strategies are aligned to the market business need

• Helping develop sales strategy with existing partners, setting B2B targets and challenging partners to meet set targets

• Performing on-going analysis on new/existing B2B portfolios for new business opportunities

• Managing the relationship with partners, monitoring what is missing and providing excellent support to achieve overall growth

• Leading the sales team and supporting team efforts to ensure that the customer experience is a best in class

• Contributing and challenging price and promotion strategy and contributing with market insides to determine what is relevant

• Preparing pitches and presentations for B2B contacts

• Working with the Management Team on a global level to resolve potential compliance, operation, and regulatory issues

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of the US fertility market

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

• 3+ years experience in marketing strongly preferred

• Drive for results and effective leaderships skills

• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

• Be a team player and able to work across departments

• Budget management skills
